Guide to the Public Administration Program
'The Rowe'
Your new home is located in the Kenneth C. Rowe Management Building located at 6100 University Ave. on the Dalhousie Studley campus.
Dal Student Union Building (“the SUB”)
This building is located beside the Rowe and houses a lot of useful places:
Tim Hortons
Pete’s: take-out food, coffee bar, and snacks
The Grawood: Student pub with cheap beer and good food

Study Rooms
Rowe: There are breakout rooms on the 2nd through 5th floors of the Rowe building. These rooms are first come, first serve and are free for student use.
Killam Library: On the 4th floor of the library there is the Grad Pad, a room specifically for Graduate students (you need your student card to get in) and have conference rooms that can be booked online.
Learning Commons: On the first floor of the library there are computers that students may use, equipped with scanners, printers and software that you may not have on your personal computer. There are also small study rooms that can be booked online for group work or individual study.
Wallace McCain Learning Commons: There are great rooms in a variety of sizes that you can book for group work.
